Cancellation policy & voluntary 30-day return policy

At Bodenseemarke, we want your shopping experience to be positive – warm, secure, and fair. That's why , in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, you also receive a voluntary 30-day return policy . This gives you plenty of time to decide if your item is truly right for you.

💛 Voluntary 30-day return policy

If something doesn't fit or you change your mind, you can voluntarily return your item to us within 30 days . We want you to be happy – completely pressure-free.

✔ Requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, in original condition
  • With original labels
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer (to conserve resources).

✔ Your return options:

  • Voucher for a new order (standard)
  • or a refund – if you wish, simply let us know.

Note: Returns after more than 14 days may result in a reduction in value if the goods have been used or damaged.

🧵 Returns for print-on-demand items (T-shirts, hoodies, caps)

These items are produced especially for you – each one is unique. Therefore, we offer you:

  • Exchange for new goods or
  • Exchange for a voucher

A refund is only possible for POD items if the item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.

📘 Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

Regardless of our voluntary return policy, as a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days .

You can cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you receive the goods.
