Of course, you have all your legal rights with us. At the same time, we want to give you the space to decide without pressure – with calm, clarity, and a good feeling.

Right of Withdrawal & Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

At Bodenseemarke, your purchase should leave you with a good feeling – warm, secure, and fair. That's why, in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, you also receive a voluntary 30-day return policy. This allows you to decide at your leisure whether your item truly suits you.

💛 Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy

If something doesn't fit or you change your mind, you can voluntarily return your item to us within 30 days. We want you to be happy – without any pressure.

✔ Requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, in original condition
  • With original tags
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer (to conserve resources)

✔ Your options for return:

  • Voucher for a new order (standard)
  • or Refund – if you wish, just let us know

Note: Returns after more than 14 days may lead to a reduction in value if the goods have been used or damaged.

🧵 Returns for Print-on-Demand (T-shirts, Hoodies, Caps)

These items are produced specifically for you – unique pieces. Therefore, we offer you:

  • Exchange for new goods or
  • Exchange for a voucher

A refund for POD items is only possible if the item has a production defect or arrives damaged.

📘 Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Regardless of our voluntary return policy, as a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reasons. The period begins as soon as you have received the goods.
